In the middle of the promenade of La Jaquita Beach, (under the Hotel Arenas del Mar), Juan Carlos Clemente and Jesús Marrero bet on a more casual and beach approach, making it the local reference point for seasonal blue fish in the Canary Islands. Under the slogan “Passionate about blue fish”, a modern and profound vision is given to recipes whose main ingredient is seasonal tuna, without forgetting the most traditional of Canarian haute cuisine, as well as offering a fun selection of fried food. Blue Fish
Within the blue fish, we specialize in the family of tuna, tuna, local and seasonal. From there, we elaborate all our recipes.
We select the best specimens of our coasts, according to the season in which we are. From there, we elaborate some traditional recipes of the Canarian cuisine, as well as a select variety of haute cuisine dishes; pampering the product and showing the best of the excellent raw material we use.
