Located on the beachfront promenade of La Jaquita Beach (below the Hotel Arenas del Mar), Juan Carlos Clemente and Jesús Marrero focus on a more laid-back and beach-inspired approach, making this spot a local reference for seasonal blue fish cuisine in the Canary Islands. Under the motto “Passionate about blue fish,” they bring a modern and profound vision to recipes whose main ingredient is the seasonal tuna varieties, without forgetting the most traditional aspects of haute cuisine, as well as offering a fun selection of fried dishes. Our Passion

Blue Fish

When it comes to blue fish, we specialize in the tuna family, focusing on local and seasonal varieties. From there, we craft all our recipes.

We select the best specimens from our coasts, depending on the season we’re in. From this selection, we prepare traditional recipes from Canarian cuisine, as well as a refined variety of haute cuisine dishes. We take care of the product, ensuring we use only the best to bring out the excellence of the raw ingredients we work with.

We have focused on seasonal blue fish, but we also offer a selection of traditional dishes adapted to our way of doing things.

Ottima cucina di pesce che offre anche qualche opzione carnivora, servizio eccellente e professionale, posizione anche essa ottima in riva al mare. Posto super consigliato per un pranzo e una cena se si cerca dell’ottimo pesce, buoni vini e bollicine locali e spagnole, assolutamente da provare anche i dessert, anche loro di alto livello.

We particularly appreciated the ambiance of a rather small restaurant with a view on the kitchen. The paella dishes with tuna were excellent. They were able to work out our dietary restrictions and were very welcoming. Definitely worth the detour.

Personeel vriendelijk en open keuken wat ik leuk vind als ex kok om mee te kijken zeker de moeite waard sommige gerechten worden aan je tafel bereid ik heb mijn verjaardag gevierd op 1 januari 2025 ik heb er genoten!  Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. Mi pareja y yo fuimos allí hace 5 años para celebrar el comienzo de nuestra relación. Hoy hemos vuelto para celebrar el 5to aniversario. En ambas ocasiones escogimos el menú degustación y ha estado estupendo, manjar de Dioses... El trato a ha sido maravilloso.
