When it comes to blue fish, we specialize in the tuna family, focusing on local and seasonal varieties. From there, we craft all our recipes.
We select the best specimens from our coasts, depending on the season we’re in. From this selection, we prepare traditional recipes from Canarian cuisine, as well as a refined variety of haute cuisine dishes. We take care of the product, ensuring we use only the best to bring out the excellence of the raw ingredients we work with.
